Pratiquant moi-m\u00eame l&rsquo;a\u00e9romod\u00e9lisme j&rsquo;essaie de de produire moi-m\u00eame les pi\u00e8ces dont j&rsquo;ai besoin. Dans cet article je vous propose la conception d&rsquo;une verri\u00e8re pour un planeur. La forme semble compliqu\u00e9e surtout si elle doit s&rsquo;adapter parfaitement au fuselage. Nous verrons que sa mod\u00e9lisation n&rsquo;est pas aussi compliqu\u00e9e que cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de commencer je pr\u00e9cise que ceci n\u2019est pas un cours d\u2019utilisation de Fusion 360 mais uniquement une suite d\u2019op\u00e9rations pour r\u00e9aliser une verri\u00e8re dans un fuselage. Cette m\u00e9thode pourra certainement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans d\u2019autres logiciels de mod\u00e9lisation 3D, ceux-ci utilisant presque tous les m\u00eames commandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La mod\u00e9lisation permettant de nombreuses variantes, je vous en pr\u00e9sente une qui donne le r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9 et qui permet l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un renfort longitudinal et transversal avec en plus la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre un tige m\u00e9tallique qui fait office de fermoir.<br><br>En fin d&rsquo;article une s\u00e9rie de photos vous montre le r\u00e9sultat obtenu.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de conception<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:26% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"372\" height=\"294\" src=\"https:\/\/ceff-lab.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/imv1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ceff-lab.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/imv1.png 372w, https:\/\/ceff-lab.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/imv1-300x237.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 372px) 100vw, 372px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Le fuselage d\u2019un avion ou d\u2019un planeur \u00e9tant sym\u00e9trique nous allons mod\u00e9liser uniquement la moiti\u00e9 du fuselage et de la verri\u00e8re. Le nombre de points composant la spline n\u2019est pas important. Il est \u00e9galement possible de remplacer la spline par une ellipse. Le renfort servira \u00e0  rigidifier longitudinalement la verri\u00e8re, le canal permettra de passer un bout de tige m\u00e9tallique qui va d\u00e9passer \u00e0&nbsp;l&rsquo;avant et \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re pour tenir la verri\u00e8re sur le fuselage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 8 : Dessin du renfort longitudinal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text
